PENE Pattern Of Learning was conceptualized by taking a look at the current education system and the gap between the teaching and learning process. At New Vision Education Society, we believe that learning should be stress-free, enjoyable, and easy to understand. The pattern is based on the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) technique, which effectively uses visual teaching methodologies, audiovisual aids, and experiential learning to make it easy for students to grasp the concepts quickly.<\/p>\n

Instead of adopting a traditional teaching methodology that is predominantly theoretical, it aims to make learning easy and fun for students. The learning pattern is designed so that it keeps the student involved and engaged with the subject. The Pattern Of Learning makes learning fun by using different activities like group discussion, debate, and presentation. A one-student school policy has been implemented in PENE so that students will be able to give their best shot to their studies.
